How wholesale enquiry information and browser-stored shortlist data are handled.

Information you choose to send
A wholesale enquiry may include your name, business email, company or store, destination country, requested models, estimated quantities, and delivery window.
How the enquiry form works
The form securely sends the details you enter to the website operator for follow-up and may create an internal enquiry record and email notification. You can choose Open email draft to place the details in your email app, addressed to sales@kuangtueyewear.com. Nothing is sent through that app until you choose Send. A saved request or email service acceptance does not prove inbox delivery.
Local browser storage
The enquiry list is stored in local browser storage so selected models and quantities remain available on the same device. It can be removed by clearing the enquiry list or browser site data.
Buyer updates
If you opt in, we send a confirmation email before subscribing you to buyer resources and wholesale updates. We record your email, confirmation and unsubscribe dates, and campaign source. You can stop updates using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Visit source
Only after you allow analytics, session storage remembers a clean public landing-page path, a recognized referring domain, a fixed source category and approved channel, campaign and creative identifiers. Recognized AI referring domains can be categorized as AI referrals; missing or unknown sources remain unattributed. We do not retain the referring page’s path or conversation. The initial source stays fixed during that consented visit. The fields may accompany your enquiry or subscription in our protected records. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics clears this source storage and does not prevent an enquiry.
Use and retention
Information received by email is used to respond to sourcing requests, prepare quotes, document agreed commercial terms, and maintain necessary business records. It is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics loads only after you explicitly allow analytics and when the site's measurement configuration is ready. Events contain public page information, public product identifiers and fixed action labels, never enquiry text, contact details, full WhatsApp or mailto links, or personal identifiers. Advertising features are disabled. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to withdraw consent; measurement stops, analytics cookies and visit-source storage are cleared, and the page reloads to unload analytics.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete information held in enquiry correspondence, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by emailing sales@kuangtueyewear.com.
